TAX PAYMENT

Good Morning,

I have used Turbo Tax for over 12 years. I have never had a problem. This year the IRS Pulled my Tax Payment from my checking account twice. I cannot get through to them as their phones and offices are closed.

How do I resolve this issue? I really need my money back at this time.

Unfortunately, Turbotax does not have any control on the IRS's actions. You may have some luck with a local IRS branch.
