So the day the checks are deposited the whole turbo card system shuts down! I can’t check my balance or call you guys because your phones are off. What is the issue?

There's a couple of issues going on right about now. You're exactly right!

Luckily, TurboTax Online is up and running smoothly. The app/site/phone line for the Turbo Visa Debit Card issued by Green Dot is experiencing high volumes today due to stimulus payments being funded, but filing online with TurboTax is uninterrupted.If you are experiencing any issues with the Turbo Card app/site/phone line, please wait a bit and try again.

Is my stimulus check getting deposited to my turbo card?? I just moved and the address I used when I filed my taxes this year is now different, just want to find out if it will go on my turbo card or if it will get sent in mail to my old address?
