I signed up for Turbo Tax Advantage program and forgot to cancel my plan, I just got billed and had no intention of being enrolled, is there anyway that I can get a refund for that amount?

Request refund. After two Intuit associates & hours of frustration, a CPA

found the system flaws were continuous.

I was tied up for hours with intuit mis programmed forms that make no sense at times.

I was not able to file electronically because I do not make enough.

The system has a flaws of which Louis CPA 7 years will verify.

I thank Louis CPA 7 years for his valiant effort to make sense out of such a complicated process that only aggravated the situation with nonsensical info.
