    <description>&lt;P&gt;My names is Scott so last year I requested my refund to be direct deposited onto the turbo green dot card, well low and behold my taxes got intercepted and I never activated the card I just cut it up and threw it away now I get an email 2 days ago saying my stimulus money will be deposited onto that said card, how do I know this because I have a turbo card from the year prior and the email stated a different “last 4” account number other than the card I already have! Tell me how the hell does this happen, now I am stuck with no money and the absolute worst customer service ever because both number from you and greendot will not answer and the furtherest I can get they both keep pushing back and forth with no outcome! I mean this is utterly ridiculous! Somebody from this pathetic site needs to help me! I am about to lose my house as well as my electricity being turned off!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

There is new options on automated system...but they are about fraud.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Yeah I was getting too frustrated so I had to stop thinking bout it for a while. I tried everything I could. The only thing I can say is, the status I got from the irs doesn’t specifically say it was deposited into that account it was just scheduled to it because that’s the only info the IRS had for you in the mad rush of sending 80 million checks. You will receive a letter in the mail with more info regarding your deposit. Just be patient for that. I’m sure they won’t just let our 1200 be sitting on an old card which I’m pretty sure is like way gone&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Shane theres a number you can call and request a new card to be sent if you have the account number then youre good man, its just going to take 8-10 days and they said theyll waive the fee. I only have the last 4 of my account from the email they sent me. So I am kinda **bleep**ed!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yup me too. And if you try to put those numbers in it doesn’t work. There’s literally nothing I can do about it right now until I can speak with someone from turbo tax. We’re alll on their website and they have nothing to say. It’s really bothering me but I’m just trying to stay calm. They keep talking about me requesting an advance and something about another bank. No no no no no. I need a card with my account information from last year sent to me. Idk why the hell they would issue me a new card for this year knowing my card from last year was still active. And when I call the automated guy knows I have 2 cards and tells me I have to call back when I have the card number. Unfortunately that is impossible. Sooooo........ where the **bleep** is my money.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

He confirms I have 2 active cards and they ask me to specify which card I need to report by giving them the last 4 digits of the &amp;nbsp;CARD NUMBER. Which I don’t have because I don’t have the card. And then it just hangs up right after telling you to call back when you have the card number. And that’s it. But your right. At this point all I can do is wait. Good things come to people who wait.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't think so they have to send it back...so if the irs website says they deposited in an&amp;nbsp; account.. the money didn't come back other wise they would allow you too input info..My roommate got that today&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and she had a jackson hewitt card...they sent her money back..and they allowed her to input dd today. TRUTHFULLY&amp;nbsp; I think turbo tax is done after this ..major mishap....thats why the next stimulus they talking about chime cashapp..paypal...zel..etc..these games are over! You cant have ppl money at a time like this&amp;nbsp; with no answers ..and just say **bleep** you.
