The IRS can not recognize my social security number on their website. Filed 2019 tax electronically

with Turbo Tax and bank account number, of which they withdrew tax due. Last year also filed same way.

Not sure what is happening ? Thanks.

It's possible that the IRS has not built your information into the Get My Payment tool yet. Alternatively, the message you are receiving could be due to entering in an incorrect AGI.
