Hello. The IRS sites reads, I received my tax refund in February 2020. I haven't received my refund, either deposited into my bank , and or via mail. Can you please Help Me, and find a solution, for me receiving my return. I would like to become a returning member, for the upcoming new year. Thank You, and Stay Well!

I have not received my federal tax return , It was efiled on March 4th 2020

If you efiled, you should double-check to be sure the return was efiled successfully and accepted.
If you used Online TurboTax, you can sign into your Online Account and check the efile status at the Tax Home.

If that showed it was accepted, you can use the "Where's My Refund" tool at the IRS website below to monitor the status of your Federal refund.

NOTE: When using that tool, use only the Federal refund amount, and not any total refund amount that includes a state refund.
The amount to use is on your Federal Form 1040, Line 21a.

What is the exact wording of your refund status when you use this IRS "Where's My Refund" tool at the link below? NOTE: Don't provide any personal info in this forum; this is a public Internet forum.

Did you choose to receive your Federal refund by direct deposit to your bank?

And if you used a paid edition (as opposed to Free Edition), did you have any TurboTax fees that you chose to pay out of your Federal refund? Or did you pay your TurboTax fees upfront with credit/debit card at the time of filing?
