I am trying to purchase turbo tax to do my taxes for 2019. after I have entered my billing information I get an error that says "oops, sorry we're having trouble completing this ..." and it points me to click on someone I can speak to. How can I complete my purchase? I want to download to windows machine, and my credit card is good and up to date.
