Amendment needed ASAP!

I need to amend my 2018 taxes. I tried to do it online, but I have a Google Chromebook, not a Mac or PC. How can I solve my issue?

2018 (or earlier) cannot be amended online.

Amended returns can only be mailed. It is suggested that it be mailed certified with return receipt (or other tracking service) to verify that the IRS receives it.

-- Amended returns can only be mailed - allow 8-12 weeks - can take up to 16 weeks (4 months) for processing.

The CD/download 2018 software can only be installed on a PC or Mac computer that meets the system requirements.
