Credit score not showing

I've used intuit for awhile now. I understand they use Transunion for their credit score information. Now what they show my credit # as, but compared to experian they say it dosent exist.... why?

If you are using Turbo, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

It shows on Turbo, just not elsewhere.

Where else are you checking other than Turbo?

Experian... I just had my credit ran for purchasing a car. Now my credit came back saying I had a score of 3 something. On Turbo my score is 697 ?? Its odd.

It should be a FICO score, but you can contact Experian directly if you believe there is an error.

Thats what I was understanding. What is the difference between the score on Turbo and the fico score with experian ?
