transaction limit

I keep being told ive hit the maximum transactions for 24 hours please try again however i really need the cash off of my card to pay personal bills, i did one withdrawl yesterday and did 4 the day befor its been over 24 hours for the first 4 transactions but apparently ive exceeded the amount of withdrawls
