Dear Turbotax, my sons (39 year old) job does not include ins. i pay my sons insurane prem each year, and i have been deducting this, now i am not sure, can you help me.

You cannot deduct your son's medical insurance premiums unless you can claim him as a dependent on your tax return.

At the very least, he would have to be less than 24 years old or permanently and totally disabled.
