      <description>&lt;P&gt;No.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If she is 20, not a&lt;U&gt; full-time&lt;/U&gt; student and had over $4300 of income you cannot claim her as a dependent.&amp;nbsp; She can file her own return and get a refund for any tax withheld and she is eligible to claim the stimulus checks on her own return under the recovery rebate credit.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
