@Ray6029 TurboTax recommends that you file by mail if your return is repeatedly rejected. See the instructions for filing by mail linked below.

How do I print and mail my return in TurboTax Online?

@MPDroege Use the information linked below to contact TurboTax Customer Support during business hours. If you are using the Free Edition, you'll be asked to upgrade to a minimum paid feature. Telephone support is not a feature offered with the Free Edition.

@Cullen1 You can contact TurboTax Customer Support during business hours using the link below. If you're using the Free Edition, you'll be asked to upgrade to the minimum paid product (TurboTax PLUS) in order to speak by telephone to a support agent. Telephone support is not a feature included in the Free Edition.

@Player25 See the link I shared in the answer before your post. This will instruct you on how to contact TurboTax Support. Note that if you're using the Free Edition, you'll be required to upgrade to the least expensive paid option (PLUS) in order to contact Support. Telephone support is not a feature included with the Free Edition.
