    <description>&lt;P&gt;No you can never have a state tax due deducted from a federal refund.&amp;nbsp; You can only have the fees deducted from your refund.&amp;nbsp; At the end Turbo Tax just shows you the NET amount of federal and state for your info.&amp;nbsp; But you still have to pay the state yourself or have it debit your bank account.&amp;nbsp; So you should be ok.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i opted to have state taxes owed debited from my checking account but when shown my final fed refund the amount shown has the state amount deducted from it.&amp;nbsp; when i chose to pay turbo tax with my fed refund did that automatically deduct and pay my state with my fed refund?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
