2021 Save Issue

I have downloaded the 2021 TurboTax Premier. When I try to save the files, I got an error message. After saving to my desktop, I copied the files to my TurboTax folder. Now when I access the information and save it, I get another error message (Error 102348).

Is this just a bug? Help!

After you downloaded what are you trying to save? The program installation file or your tax return?

When you save your tax return it should save it in your Documents in a Turbo Tax folder. Or are you on a Mac?

After you move it to another folder from your Desktop then the next time you will have to browse to where you put it. Then it will know for the next time.

I realize this is an old post but I was trying to find someone who could help me save my return and I have Macbook Air without windows. I thought I could save to a flash drive but I’m not very savvy and it doesn’t seem to be working. Maybe it can’t be?

First you save it to your Mac. Then you can copy the .tax2021 file or pdf file to the flash drive or to a backup. Go up to FILE - SAVE or Save As or Duplicate or Save to PDF. Or are you using the Online version?
