    <description>&lt;P&gt;I realize this is an old post but I was trying to find someone who could help me save my return and I have Macbook Air without &amp;nbsp;windows. I thought I could save to a flash drive but I’m not very savvy and it doesn’t seem to be working. Maybe it can’t be?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have downloaded the 2021 TurboTax Premier.&amp;nbsp; When I try to save the files, I got an error message.&amp;nbsp; After saving to my desktop, I copied the files to my TurboTax folder.&amp;nbsp; Now when I access the information and save it, I get another error message (Error 102348).&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this just a bug?&amp;nbsp; Help!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After you downloaded what are you trying to save? &amp;nbsp;The program installation file or your tax return?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you save your tax return it should save it in your Documents in a Turbo Tax folder. &amp;nbsp; Or are you on a Mac?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After you move it to another folder from your Desktop then the next time you will have to browse to where you put it. &amp;nbsp;Then it will know for the next time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;First&amp;nbsp; you save it to your Mac.&amp;nbsp; Then you can copy the .tax2021 file or pdf file&amp;nbsp; to the flash drive or to a backup.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Go up to FILE - SAVE or Save As or Duplicate or Save to PDF.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Or are you using the Online version?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
