Been 60 days since my taxes have been accepted but it's still processing and can't get ahold of irs on hotline

That is long enough the IRS has clearly cross checked and is reviewing your return. If they have an issue, they will mail you a letter. Otherwise, they may resolve the issue internally and your refund is just delayed. When you call the IRS, 800-829-1040, you need to know a few things.

The IRS answers about 5% of the calls, bots handle the rest.
Mondays and Friday are the busiest.
You want a human, not a bot. Don't type in your social security number.
Listen carefully to the changes, don't press refund. Try not to press buttons.
