      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had an accountant complete the K1 report for our newly formed LLC.&amp;nbsp; I am doing my personal return and it calls for a 1099 from my K1 report.&amp;nbsp; I do not see this report.&amp;nbsp; Is it on the K-1 form 1065?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
