I submitted my completed forms but did not get a confirmation and was not able to get a copy of 2022 taxes.

My credit card was charged but taxes were not filed.

TurboTax will let you pay for the software at any point. You don't have to be finished to pay. If you haven't filed yet and you want to then just log back in to your TurboTax account and proceed through to file the return.
