Vps service fee

I was charged twice for vps tax service fee intuit. I paid my taxes with Visa Debit. First time it didn’t go through, but I was still charged. Can I get my money back? It’s been over a week and no refund

Also why is it so hard to directly talk to turbo tax about this matter? What’s up with public forum to get help?

This is mainly a user community forum, not a direct route to TurboTax Support. Nothing account-specific is handled here. I don't know if you need to talk to TurboTax Support or VPS. I don't know how those 2 companies work with each other.
