      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, several states have slowed down in accepting returns. Pending is acceptable. If your return is rejected, you can still e-file again after the deadline for up to 5 days with it still being on time. Hopefully, your return will be accepted with no problems. Do not mail a second copy.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Basically have the same issue - NJ e-file return still pending after 5 days.&amp;nbsp; Fereral and CA returns were accepted within a few hours.&amp;nbsp; Using desktop TT, premier version.&amp;nbsp; Should I send paper copy via USPS since today is filing deadline.&amp;nbsp; Already sent tax due to NJ with voucher via USPS.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;NJ finally accepted the return one day after it was due and six days after it was submitted. &amp;nbsp;So the advice not to also submit a paper copy proved correct. &amp;nbsp;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
