      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, that did not work.&amp;nbsp; The committee could not help me regarding a service code I received from Turbotax that did not work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am more concerned that TurboTax is starting to ask for a phone number to verify one's account.&amp;nbsp; With today's computer technology - CHAT and secured e-mail - the cost of maintaining a rarely used separate telephone land line for a tty or smart phone service is unnecessary for the hearing and speech impaired.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
