I double checked my entries in a 1099 R, and yet you falg it as in error while filing my NY state tax

I filed my 2021 Federal and NY State taxes.

My Federal filing was rejected for error in my entry for 2020 AGI.

NY State tax was rejected because my 2021 Federal tax efiling was rejected.

I signed on to my IRS account and checked 2020 transcripts. I found the same number as I had entered while filing my 2021 return.

I spoke to a TurboTax customer service person. He tried to help me say I did not file my 2020 tax return. But was unable find where in my tax return filing. Finally he suggested that I put 0 as my 2020 AGI and efile it again.

I did that and am waiting to see what happens.
