    <description>I've never had to pay to file before so I'm not sure what's normal. I also have yet to receive my taxes, state or federal.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, it us nomal.&amp;nbsp; When you signed up for the serice, part of the explanation, and theree were follow up emails on this, is if your refund was not issued in 26 days, TT had the right to debit your bank account directly for the fees it was due.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
