I did receive a prompt, nice reply from a lady that I don't remember her call name -- very sorry.

I am really embarrassed to say that Ia know I am the problem, but I would like to know for future years what I can do if the problem comes up again. ANYWAY, I am new to MAC (cut my teeth on a PC and used TT/pc for many, many years with no problems. I, unfortunately, entered and backed out of TT"several Times. (I know, crazy dude.). Each time I backed out, TT required That I create a ridulous pass word and memory prompts (i.e. childhood best friend, etc, etc.). after I was able to retrieve one of the"bogus" fed return, CA data disappeared and tax liability showed as zero-- wish that was true. So, for all of my superfluous prose, after I uninstalled TT, can I simply reinstall and start all over again?
