What are you doing? You're posting in the USA TurboTax forum. What kind of tax return are you filing--a USA tax return or a Canadian tax return?

GST = Goods and Services Tax in Canada

HST = Harmonized Sales Tax in Canada

CRA = Canada Revenue Agency

If you are referring to a USA tax return, no one will know unless you mention the rejection error code/message.
