      <description>&lt;P&gt;My 2021 efile federal return continues to be rejected with no explanation. My AGI is correct. I can only imagine the rejection is because there is no TN return available for download and I have reported TN W-2 income. What do you recommend?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When you entered your W-2 you should have left boxes 15, 16, and 17 blank since TN has no state income tax.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Did you leave them blank?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P class="p1"&gt;No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;Do not use the word “refund.”&lt;/P&gt;
