Form NYC-1127 is included in the state software for New York. You can complete it in TurboTax, but you cannot file it with TurboTax. You have to print it and file it by mail.

Form NYC-1127 is not part of the New York state tax return, even though you complete it in the New York section of TurboTax. It has to be filed separately.

Will it pre-populate the figures on the form? Also if I completed the return in another software, can I use TT to assist with the form entry by completing an amendment?
