Can I find out the actual date my check was sent. There was an issue w my account number so it says they paid via print check. I need to know when it was sent cause it doesn't say the date

TurboTax does not have that information. If your direct deposit was sent back to the third party bank because you entered wrong banking information or had a closed account, then the check is going to come from the third party bank that handles the refund processing when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund.

Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax. TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.

If the check is coming to you directly from the IRS, only the IRS can tell you the date.

No it was sent from SBTPG. It shows underneath the title, date posted that they received my refund 4/12/22, then it shows that it was sent to me but doesn't show the date underneath the title date posted for that subject line.
