Some Virginia (VA) state forms are currently not available to print after e-filing. Turbotax has a link to request notification when the forms are ready as follows:

Your Virginia Return contains non-final forms, which are currently not available. However, you can still save or print Federal and State Returns containing final forms.

Notify me when my forms are ready

The link is apparently broken, when I enter my contact information I get the following response:

Unable to load messageid No forms or products have been specified. Please close the window and try again. for en_US

I have closed and reopened Turbotax several times, and I have all the latest updates.

TurboTax is experiencing delays regarding state forms availability. This is a TurboTax issue, and is under investigation. I'll do my best to let you know when the issue has been resolved. So sorry for the inconvenience (and the faulty link). Thank you for your patience.

On 4-17-2022 still unable to print Virginia state forms for filing.

Program says not all forms are available.

How do I fix this?

The exact wording of the notification:

"Your Virginia return(s) is currently unavailable to view, print, or download because some of the forms haven't been finalized yet."

I just filed my 2023 taxes today, 01/26/2024, for Fed and California. There was a message saying:

"Your california return(s) is currently unavailable to view, print, or download because of some of the forms haven't been finalized yet" I click on "Notify me when my forms are ready." I enter my email and entered it again, clicked on "Sign Up" and I got the following message: "Unable to load messageid No forms or products have been specified. Please close the window and try again. for en_US" I tried three times to no avail.

How do I sign up so I can know when my California tax forms are available for me to print and to save? Will Turbo Tax notify me?

Here is an article you can reference that will tell you particular forms availability. Additionally, e-file officially opened today.
