You can still install TurboTax if your CD will not work.

Start by setting up your TurboTax account if you don't already have one with us.

Then, contact us and a Support Representative will push a download into your TurboTax account.

Once that's been done, simply sign in to My Downloads to download your TurboTax software.

I put my TurboTax Deluxe2019 CD into my computer and nothing happened. I had my code available but nothing has happened.

I am used to something happening shortly after inserting the

CD and then prompts telling me what to do. Today nothing is happening. Could i just get the download because I have paid for this CD. I finally got my paperwork in order and I wanted to start doing my taxes.

@drwho602 Does your computer meet the system requirements for the CD/download? You can only use the CD/download with a full PC or Mac---not a mobile device.

My Turbo Tax Premier 2021 CD will not install on my desktop machine. I cannot find a way to download anything from Install TurboTax.com using the Turbo Tax CD/Download
Sign in function. my password is not recognized.

cannot run download for Turbo Tax Premier or run install from CD. I am running Windows 10, with 16 GB Ram, 64 Bit Oper. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
