No one is calling back.

Can someone please call? i set up the call back and it said 5 min. It has been 30+ minutes.

How can i get some help? Last person just went on hold to investigate and then they hung up.

They should call back. Why is no one calling back now and the last call was within 2 minutes of request. i need help with my non-resident return here. Is anyone out there available please? Is noon to 1pm ET a lunch break or something. Usually i get a call back. Seems to not be working.

I tried the 1 800 number and it eventually said it would connect me with a TT specialist in 2 minutes... then the hold music... then got quiet ... then disconnected. haha This is not optimal! Why did i get such a quick call back earlier and now it is like an hour and no call back. Is everyone on break suddenly? how can i get some help with this return?? ok, got a human... and they put me on hold here. ok, new music.

Thanks. Yes, i know that. I set up calls from the Live expert button. I cant set up a call in this forum.

For some reason, no one was calling back all of a sudden. But i then tried the 1-800 number and after i dialed the proper number (first one got me some Medical Alert number), i was able to get through , (first time they patched me through and i was then listening to hold music and then disconnected, but then again i called and got an expert. Have to be tenacious sometimes. Not sure why the call back is suddenly not working but i have the back up plan... the 1 800 number!
