      <title>IRS transcript access denied</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I logged in to my IRS account successfully.&lt;BR /&gt;Under "Tax Records" I chose "Get transcript"&lt;BR /&gt;For "reason" I chose AGI (but all "reasons" give the same result)&lt;BR /&gt;I did not enter a ten digit&amp;nbsp; "Customer File Number" (this number is not needed when accessing your own transcript)&lt;BR /&gt;Access failed with the following message:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;H1&gt;Access Denied&lt;/H1&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You don't have permission to access "&lt;A href="http://sa.www4.irs.gov/icce-core/load/gettrans/pages/availableTranscripts.xhtml" target="_blank"&gt;http://sa.www4.irs.gov/icce-core/load/gettrans/pages/availableTranscripts.xhtml&lt;/A&gt;" on this server.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reference #18.4a[phone number removed]219.1254f15&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have retried this many times, using all "reasons" and entering zero and 10 zeros in the "Customer File Number" field.&lt;BR /&gt;I have tried two different browsers (Chrome and Edge) with the same result.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The IRS is closed on weekends, so no help there.&lt;BR /&gt;Does anybody else have this problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
