Hello,

Does the LIve help have off hours? the call back is not calling back for some reason. It was working for the last few days, but now nothing since the last call back. Suddenly no call back. Says 5 min and has been 45 min or so.

why no call back now? need help with state return. Anyone know about non-resident state returns?? i am not getting full amt i paid back from the non-resident state. Can anyone out there help me?

Live help is available 7 days a week from 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 A.M. EST.

You don't always get all of the tax withheld by the non-resident state. It depends on the which states are involved and how much taxable income you have in the non-resident state.

Thanks. Not sure why suddenly the live help isnt calling back. Strange.
