      <description>&lt;P&gt;I need to issue a 1099. my husband worked for me as an independent contractor. we have not issued a 1099 yet , I need to do this. i skipped it in the beginning and thought i would go back though i cannot find it now. please advice me where to go and what to do&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;"&gt;If you click on the link our Expert &lt;a href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/712200"&gt;@BillM223&lt;/a&gt; provided, you will see another link in the help article identified as "Quick Employer Forms" which takes you to the TurboTax service to create 1099s. &amp;nbsp;That is exactly what you asked for. &amp;nbsp;I can add you can log in with your TurboTax log in information and the system will prompt you on creating your 1099-NEC that is needed if you paid your husband more than $600 in 2021.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
