After you tell TurboTax "yes" then click "Continue" it brings you to the next screen.  It list each box on your W2.  Enter the numbers from each box that you have numbers in. Example: Box 1 is your Wages, tips and other compensation. Box 2 is Federal income tax withheld, etc. If a box on your W2 form is blank, leave it blank when you're putting the numbers into TurboTax. Typically half the boxes are blank.
