      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;"&gt;You could do a substitute w2 on form 4852, but that requires mailing the form. With the IRS so far behind, it is hard to advise that. Do you have any taxable housing? Do you have taxable income? Do you need to file a return?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
