    <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased a deluxe version for NY and the filing is complete.&amp;nbsp; I purchased a CD from Costco for a Premier version, but it includes NY as the state and needs to be AZ.&amp;nbsp; I have filled in the purchase order for AZ, including CC info already, and I think the state file has been downloaded but I never checked the box to download NY.&amp;nbsp; I actually request a refund for paying for AZ which should have been the state included with the original CD.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks, [email address removed]&lt;/P&gt;</description>
