Select the box with the red 0 displayed. Highlight (select) the red 0, then press the "delete" key on your PC. The box should turn blue. The goal is to get the box color blue.

Hope this works for you, as it did for me just minutes ago.

the 0 actually is added due to the error, delete or enter anything has no effect. Could somebody help?

it is a bug, if I took off the 3197 in 7b , the error is gone. Hey TurboTax people, please fix. Simple fix would be just do the smart check once before transferring and people can skip none issue

It is a bug. The check when adding together 6d and 7d on the worksheet should not based on 19500, instead for age 50+yrs should be 19500 add 6500 =26000. Come on fix so I can file

@MichelleLO I already spent about 2 hours talking with your agent for this issue and your customer service cannot do a thing about it. It is a bug in your software. Can you get somebody to fix it please?

If it was generated in the software, it will be sent when you transmit your return.

Are you sure? If I printed out, it is not generated. Are you saying, the electronic version sent to IRS is different from paper version? Please clarify.

Issues within the program cannot be adequately addressed this close to the tax filing deadline. If you are concerned that a calculation is incorrect, you may want to consider filing an extension. You can do so by clicking the below link.

TurboTax Easy Extension

Once the tax deadline has passed you can then reach back out to Customer Support to have someone review the issue with you.
