&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:10.0pt"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Calibri"&gt;Any time you sign in to an existing TurboTax account on an unrecognized computer or device, we'll ask you to verify your identity first.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:10.0pt"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Calibri"&gt;You can disable that verification if you like, but its a security feature for your account.
