Problem with importing from financial institution

Trying to import data (1099s) from our bank, but there’s a security pop-up window (“select all images with fire hydrants”) that is too large --- so there’s no way to see the bottom of the window & I'm unable to select the “next” button to proceed. This prevents access to the bank and the data import that we need.

Please help! (I’m using a Windows laptop and TurboTax Deluxe.)

This sounds like a security pop-up from the bank.

Try using the Search next to the Windows icon and type Zoom or Magnifier to change the screen setting (screenshot).
