There is no person or department to help with Intuit software issues.

Via the typical help phone number I was connected to one of the "Tax Expert" helpers. With her help, we mutually determined that Intuit did not have a "Software Technical Help" unit or person. The "Tax Expert" was very nice and did the best possible. Eventually, she discovered a similar issue commented on and solutions was the delete and re-download the TurboTax 2021.
