&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;If you haven't filed yet, step through the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;File&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;section of TurboTax until you reach the screen&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;How do you want to pay your federal taxes?&lt;/EM&gt;&amp;nbsp;Select the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;installment payment plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;option, click&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Continue&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and follow the onscreen instructions.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
