For the period Jan-May 2021, I paid premiums myself and didn't claim premium tax credits. Therefore 1095-A col. B shows the Monthly second lowest cost silver plan (SLCSP) as 0 for period Jan-May. Per Form 8962 instructions, I used the healthcare.gov tax tool to compute the correct SLCSP for Jan-May as let's say $1000/mo for Jan-May. In order to enter the $1000/month in Jan-May, I can input this amount in a 1095-A although this results in the 1095-A being incorrect. Should I input into 1095-A or somewhere else?

You should enter it in the area for the 1095-A. The 1095-A is not sent to the IRS, they already have a copy. Your entries for the 1095-A flow through to the 8962 which is the form that is actually sent to the IRS.
