After you type the control number (box 6) and next , does the import happen automatically?

I entered the control number and then hit continue or next and the next screen still needed to be manually entered. I followed the process in that video instruction and it took me to same place that i had already started a w2, but just a new one, so it must import after you put in control number if it recognizes it. Maybe it doesnt recognize mine so i need to enter this manually?

My control number on the w2 has 2 rows. Do i just use the first row? It is a NJ w2.

Try deleting your browser's cookies. Please see this Turbo Tax FAQ regarding How to delete cookies! If that doesn't work, try using a different browser all together.

It has something to do with the 2 row control number. Turbo Tax just doesnt recognize it. I entered it manually. i tried all combinations. It worked last year for a PA W2 and a bigger company. Must be the smaller NJ company.
