      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, not necessarily.&amp;nbsp; Depending on payroll schedules, overlapping weeks, and additional new year dates included in the past cycle there&amp;nbsp;may be differences, but it should be reasonably close.&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;I suggest you contact HR, or your payroll department to put your concern to rest.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
