      <description>&lt;P&gt;You would not get a 1099-R for the 2020 distribution in 2021. You would merely indicate the amount of repayment in the program.&lt;/P&gt;

 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:10.5pt"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Arial"&gt;Answer "Yes" to the "Have you ever taken a disaster distribution before 2021?" screen.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
