hello! I claim 0 on my W-4 and still owe a ton of Federal taxes this year. What is happening? I have heard this from lots of people this year and it didn't happen in the past.

The employers are required to take federal withholding in part with the W-4 that you complete and then by the pay cycle and gross earnings. This can vary depending on your situation.
