My 17 year old daughter, who is in high school and lives with me, was selected to be on a poetry performance troupe for a local non-profit. For some of their performances the students are paid a stipend from the organization. She received a 1099 for $1200 that was received during 2021. She has a normal job which she received a W-2 for the $1300 she earned. (They took $10 out in federal taxes) Do we need to include these with my taxes?

No, you do not report your daughter's income with your taxes.

From what you described, your daughter is not required to file her own return. If you can file her taxes for free to get the $10 withholding back, it might be worth it, otherwise, don't file a return for her.
