Please follow these instructions to find and complete Form 8615 in TurboTax Online:

Login to your TurboTax Account
Click "Take Me To My Return"
Click "Search" in the upper right corner, then type "8615, child with income" in the Search Box
When the results populate, click the "Jump to Link"

In TurboTax CD/Download Desktop, follow these instructions:

Open your Tax Return
Click "Search" in the upper right corner, then type "8615, child with income" in the Search Box
