Cannot import from Wells Fargo

I can't import from Wells Fargo into TurboTax. Tried multiple times. Keep getting "This import was unsuccessful"

Not sure whether it's a TT or WF issue but either way very frustrating. Too much data to enter manually.

Saw other people facing the same issue.

Any suggestions?

It's weird. I have been trying this for multiple days and failing.

Right after posting this message, I tried again a couple of times.

The 2nd time I saw an "Updating Partner Info" message and then my import worked!

Keep trying!! Wells Fargo worked fine for me but E*trade not at all resulting in manual inputs and mailing info to IRS. Wish Turbotax worked better with 1099B's. Sharing your pain.

I am having the same issue. They both keep blaming each other. WF tells me I am the only one having a problem.

Keep trying. Maybe late at night when less web traffic will work. Had same problem but eventually got info.

If you are using TurboTax Online, you may want to try a different browser or try clearing out your browser's cache and cookies. Please see How do I delete cookies? and How to clear your cache for more information.

I had a similar problem with JP Morgan Chase. I tried to import from several accounts at once but some apparently had no info to import. When I tried to import from just one account it worked.

I am having the same problem. If TurboTax cannot import my documents, then maybe I should stop paying for TurboTax. Or, is TurboTax involved in false advertising claims? TurboTax CANNOT import from Wells Fargo and no such claim should be made!

I changed my password on wells fargo to something straightforward and then it worked. Then I changed it back to something secure. WF is the only one that causes problems EVERY YEAR
